Refund policy
At C&A Rental Cars, all rental payments are final once the rental period begins. Customers may cancel a reservation for a full refund if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will forfeit the full rental payment and any applicable deposit.
Vehicles must be returned on or before the agreed return date and time. Late returns will result in additional daily rental charges. Early returns do not qualify for partial refunds unless approved in writing by C&A Rental Cars. Refunds will not be issued for unused rental days once the vehicle has been picked up.
Security deposits are refundable and will be returned within 3–10 business days after the vehicle has been inspected and confirmed to be in the same condition as when rented. Deductions may be made for damages, excessive cleaning, fuel replacement, tolls, traffic violations, smoking, late fees, or any breach of the rental agreement.
If a vehicle becomes inoperable due to mechanical failure not caused by the renter, C&A Rental Cars will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement vehicle. If a replacement is not available, a prorated refund for unused rental time may be issued at the company’s discretion.
